This is my commandment, that ye love each other just as I loved you; no man has greater love than this, in order that anyone should lay down his life in behalf of his friends.

2. If ye forgive those who persecute you, I also will forgive you.
3. When the men had found him who had done this thing they left him and went away.
4. Having put the body into the tomb he went away.

13. After we had seen the sign which Jesus had shown to us, we believed on Him.

XXXIII A

On account of this, the world does not know us because it did not know him. Beloved, now are we children of God, and it has not yet been manifested what we shall be. We know that if he is manifested, we shall be similar to him, because we shall see him just as he is.
Therefore they were saying to him, "Where is thy Father?" Jesus answered, "Ye know neither me nor my Father, if ye had known me, ye would have known my Father also."
Ye shall seek me and shall not find (me), and where I am ye shall not be able to come.
And the crowd comes together again so that they are not even able to eat bread.
Ye have heard that I said to you, "I go away and am coming to you. If ye had loved me ye would have rejoiced that I go to the Father, because the Father is greater than I."
6. εὗρεν ἄλλους ἑστῶτας, καὶ λέγει αὐτοῖς Τί ὧδε ἑστήκατε ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν;
He found others standing and said (says) to them, "Why do ye stand here all the day?"
7. προφήτην ὑμῖν ἀναστήσει κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἐκ τῶν ἀδελφῶν ὑμῶν ὡς ἐμέ· αὐτοῦ ἀκούσεσθε κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ἂν λαλήσῃ ὑμῖν.The Lord God shall raise up for you a prophet out from your brethren as me. Ye shall hear him according to all, as many soever things as he speaks to you. 8. καὶ ἀναστὰς ὁ ἀρχιερεὺς εἶπεν αὐτῷ Οὐδὲν ἀποκρίνῃ;
And the high priest stood up and said to him, "Answerest thou nothing?"
Then the other disciple, who had come first to the tomb also entered, and he saw and believed; for they not yet knew the Scriptures that it was necessary for him to arise from the dead. 10. If the miracles which have occurred in thee had occurred in Sodom, it would have remained up to today. 11.
He gave them power and authority over all the demons.
And it came to pass while all the people were being baptized and Jesus had been baptized and was praying, that heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit came down. 13.
And it came to pass in those days that he went out into the mountain to pray.
They went out to see what had taken place, and they came to Jesus and found the man from whom the demons had gone out sitting.
And it came to pass while he was in a certain place praying, that when he had ceased, a certain one of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, just as John also taught his disciples."
And he said to him, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart."
17. δοκεῖτε ὅτι εἰρήνην παρεγενόμην δοῦναι ἐν τῇ γῇ;
Do ye suppose that I have come to give peace on the earth?
18. περὶ τίνος ὁ προφήτης λέγει τοῦτο; περὶ ἑαυτοῦ ἢ περὶ ἑτέρου τινός;
Concerning whom does the prophet say this? Concerning himself or concerning a certain other man?
He himself shall baptize you in (the) Holy Spirit and fire.

10. We have found the One who is able to take away our sins.
